We are a friendly village pub situated in the heart of the South Norfolk Broads, south east of Norwich, just off the A146, or if you come by boat, 150 yards from Loddon Staithe – turn right.

FROM 12 NOON

Run by Yash And Team, our dedicated and enthusiastic team provide a warm welcome whenever you stop by.

With seating and dining available in the bar, restaurant or in the garden, there is somewhere for you and your friends to relax and soak up the atmosphere. Or, just pull up a bar stool and join in the conversation.

Children are welcome at the White Horse, we have baby changing facilities and high chairs as well as games and toys for all the family.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Me, my wife and her friend thoroughly enjoyed the food, they also had a desert which they said was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was a tad high but still very good food and service (the vegan burger could have done with a slice of vegan cheese but only a nitpick). The food didn't take long to come out and if we find ourselves nearby we'll definitely visit again.

The decor was a bit dated, and there was a very large rowdy group in, which meant the atmosphere didn't suit us perfectly (but it might be exactly what you are looking for!). We chatted to a local couple who said it's the best pub in town and usually has a really friendly, family atmosphere.
